This workshop is ideal for ladies who want to experience and learn more about the benefits of Yoga during their pregnancy. You will be guided to a series of safe yoga poses for daily practice to reduce physical discomfort as well as some breathing techniques for relaxation and mental clarity.

The workshop will be a combination of theory and practice.
