This 2-hour workshop is ideal for anyone interested in an inversion practice and is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. We will go through a series of prep poses to help you strengthen your shoulders, arm and back to improve your Pincha Mayurasana.
Modifications and props will be used. Everyone will be supported and encouraged to work safely with enjoyment!
