Laughter Yoga is based on a scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between simulated and real laughter. Laughter Yoga is a fun, effective stress relief program for all ages and abilities. It is a joyful way to connect with others and laugh away your blues. It can be performed while standing, sitting in a chair, or moving throughout the room with full energy and enthusiasm!!!
The workshop includes interactive laughter exercises with deep centering breaths, calming movements and relaxation techniques. All exercises will be under the guidance of Smitha, Laughter Yoga Teacher.
